EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME OXFORD, 2020

Our one-week executive leadership programme focuses on ‘unlearning and relearning – what it takes to be a leader’. The participants shall be hosted at the University of Oxford and the University College London. The trainings are delivered by experts, successful entrepreneurs and academics of top UK Institutions. The programme shall be based on intensive learning experience using various case studies and panel discussions.

Over the course of one week, you will work closely with Oxford’s faculty members and collaborate in small groups with highly motivated global peers to share business challenges, gain relevant insights, and develop a valuable network that extends far beyond the classroom. Participants shall also interact with businesspersons, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders from across UK, be part of an exclusive reception at the High Commission in London and the UKPCCI, visit the Said Business School at the Oxford University, Oxford Accelerator, the BMW factory and much more.

The Oxford Institute conducted a training program for Vice Chancellors and Rectors nominated by the British Council and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The 10-days residential program in Oxford focused on leading an higher education institution and covered the following topics: • Financial management (Financial planning/ budgeting self-reliance income generation mechanisms, resource management and commercialisation etc.).

  • Academic innovation (Teacher and management training, continuous professional development and capacity building of university related stakeholders). 
• Research Excellence and overview of UK higher Education system including visits to relevant organizations.
