Why Parents Recommend Oxford Summer Program

This is our third year attending the Oxford Summer Program, and it continues to be one of the best experiences our children have ever had. Our eldest daughter joined first, then our son Mateo attended the following year, and this summer both Mateo and Maria participated together. I’ve seen remarkable growth in them through this program. The cultural exchange has been invaluable, helping them adapt to different perspectives and study methods. Their confidence has grown tremendously, especially in regards to their language skills.

Travel & Logistics

The safety and well-being of all participants is our top priority, which is why we meticulously plan all travel arrangements, including arrivals, departures, UK transportation, and on-campus logistics before each student’s arrival.

Health and Safety

We recognise that sending your child to a residential course at Oxford or any international camp organised by the Oxford Institute is an important decision. This guide provides key information to reassure parents about their child’s welfare.

Experience Oxford Beyond Academics

We divide our students into four different categories: Juniors (age group 12- 15 years old), Seniors (15 to 19 years old), University Students 19+ and professionals (25 years old and above).
Students are assessed through a research essay and an oral presentation at the end of the course. Individual guidance is provided throughout the program, and upon completion, participants receive a certificate and a detailed course report. The certification is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC).
You are asked to select two subjects of your choice — one as your major and one as your minor. You will receive the same number of tutorials for both; however, the difference is that for your major subject, you will be required to write an essay by the end of the program, while for your minor subject, you will only attend the tutorials.
The fee only covers transport to and from the airport. However you would need to inform us in advance if you require this service.
Please refer to our Schedule section on our website for the specific program dates and other related information.
International students are welcome to apply. Visa requirements vary by country, so it’s essential to check the specific visa regulations for your nationality when planning to participate.
