Testimonials
We are proud to share that in 2025, TOI Programs received a 100% satisfaction rate from our participants, which stands as a testament to the exceptional quality and high standards of our offerings.

Each year at the end of our Summer Camp, we invite students to rate their experience. We are proud to share that throughout our years of operation, we have consistently achieved an overall satisfaction rate of above 98%. The Oxford Institute Summer Programme has been described by many participants as a “life-changing experience.” Several of our alumni have gone on to study at some of the world’s top universities, including the University of Oxford. In few remarkable cases, alumni have returned to Oxford for their PhD and later come back to teach on our programme, completing a full circle of growth and achievement.
As our programme is intentionally small and selective, we are able to maintain close, lasting connections with our alumni. Our journey with these students does not end at the programme; we welcome them to stay in touch, share their life stories, and allow us to continue supporting their growth and development.
Please see below what a few of our students have shared about their experience.

My favourite thing from this experience was expanding my mind and my vision of the world and what's possible for me. While I was here, I was able to have good conversations with the deans and tutors here. It's actually led me to start the application to be a Rhodes Scholar, which I never even considered before, but being here in this program has opened my mind to different opportunities that I can pursue. My entire life, I’ve been confused between business and medicine, and my tutor was actually a perfect match because he’s been to medical school and is currently in the MBA program right now. He was able to walk me through both pathways, and it helped me get a lot of clarity on the direction I want to go in my life, and it helped me really think through these decisions at this crucial point in my life

I really enjoyed the tutorials because they were really personalised. You get to understand the subject better and ask questions easily. I also made many friends in the program. I was really nervous about making friends before I came here because my first language is Spanish but I was easily able to make really good friends, and I had a lot of fun. I will never forget this trip, it was really amazing. I think if you have the opportunity to do it, you should. You get to meet people from different backgrounds

I had a lot of fun during the sports day and punting because I got to spend time with everyone. The tutorials are very discussion-based based which is very nice because you can express your opinion freely. The debating sessions really helped me express my opinion better and took away my fear of public speaking. One thing that I’ll never forget is the lifelong memories and friendships that I made. I made nice friends here, and I feel really happy about that. I would encourage more students to try out this experience because you’ll meet a lot of new people and brush up on your debating skills, and you’ll make a lot of memories that you’ll hold on to when you grow up

Public Speaking wasn't something I could do with confidence, but after debating and learning more about public speaking and how to do it properly, I definitely built my confidence about speaking in front of others. It just feels like I’m no longer talking to an audience, it feels like I’m talking to people who are there to listen to what I’m saying, like a conversation.

My favourite part about the summer program by far has to be the opportunity to be able to discuss with teachers on a more personal level, individual to each student. They have truly been more like mentors than anything. I especially appreciated how independent learning is highlighted really well. Moreover, you do get to pick up right where you left off in the next session as well, which is really good for adaptive learning. Debating at the Oxford Union was a huge step for my confidence and self-portrayal. I even had the amazing opportunity to learn from a doctor in my medical course about strokes and the brain's anatomy, which is one of my favourite topics ever.

Before, I didn't like to speak in public, for example, back in school when I had to recite a poem, I was embarrassed to do that, but here, during debating, I pushed myself to speak in front of everyone, and now I’m not so afraid.

The best parts of the program were the friends that I made here, and the social environment was great. I had the best time attending the tutorials. The math teacher was really good. I got too much help in writing the essay. Would definitely come again.

What I love the most about the program is the multicultural people. I came to Oxford for the first time, and it was a wholesome experience. I met people from all the different countries, and they are literally the most amazing people. I enjoyed every bit of the time. I loved the technique and method they used to educate us.

There are quite a few things I've enjoyed at this camp. One of the main things I enjoyed was the tutorial system. It's very different from what I usually experience at school because at school there a lot of people learning with you. I feel like the tutors were really passionate about their subjects, which is why they teach them very well and make sure we understand what we know.” The punting and the social activities are also nice because we get to socialise with other people and make more friends, and have fun

My favourite part of the program is how everyone just connects naturally, especially through music. For example, when we go to the junior common room, and some people are playing the guitar and the piano, it feels like everyone just connects and we’re all singing. I feel like I’m in a movie. Punting was also the most fun experience I’ve ever had, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget it.

My experience at the Oxford Summer Program has been very great. I’ve enjoyed everything so far, I’ve learnt a lot about debating and my major and my minor subjects. I’ve been making friends from all over the world, learning about different cultures. My favourite thing so far is being very social with all the other students.

My Favourite part of the program was all the friends that I met and all the experiences that I got to do. We went to London for day trips, got to visit around Oxford, and went punting. The conversations we had with the teachers and the deans were super interesting. Overall, it was a great experience and I loved it here

I'm really happy I attended the Oxford Summer Program because it's an experience to come here to Oxford. I got to make a lot of friends and also had the chance to experience college student life, and it's a chance to figure out what my future would be like. The tutorials in Business helped me figure out the career path I will be taking in the future. I’ve fallen in love with Oxford, I would definitely come back.

My major subject is physics, and my minor is fine arts. So far, it's been an amazing experience for me. I really wanted to try these subjects in the Oxford way and also get out of my comfort zone, and it’s been just amazing to be able to see how they teach here. Also, the deans really take care of us during all the activities, and it's honestly an amazing experience.

My experience at the Oxford Summer Program has been nothing but Amazing. I was able to meet many different people from around the globe, all the way from Pakistan, to India, to the US, to many different nationalities, and I got to see the different cultures and how they all cooperate together to make such a great community here in St Anne's College.

The summer program has been really fun. It's nice to experience college life. I’m learning to manage my time and how to do essays and debating. It's overall really fun. If I had to describe the program in one word, it would definitely be “Enjoyable

Originally, when I came to the summer program, I wasn't expecting to be as, I guess, entertained and filled with knowledge as I was. Whether it's meeting new friends, talking to people from all across the world, learning about different cultures and interacting with all of them in a learning based environment is phenomenal. I don't think I could've spent my summer in a better fashion than in the Oxford Summer Program.

My experience has been amazing. I've made tons of new friends from all over the worl,d and the tutorials and lectures have been amazing. The Professors and all the teachers here are excellent. The one word I’d use to describe the program is “Eye-opening”. Everyone is so smart and intellectual, it's just amazing. Every conversation, I learn new things.
