Travel Arrangements for Oxford Summer Program

We offer a comprehensive pick-and-drop service for all programme participants. We strongly recommend arriving at and departing from London Heathrow Airport (on the designated arrival and departure days), as it serves as the main hub for our services and features a dedicated help desk. Participants arriving at Heathrow are usually welcomed by one of our staff members, who will assist with the next steps. We ensure that our staff members are present at Heathrow throughout the day on both arrival and departure days.

In exceptional cases, participants may choose to arrive at or depart from London Gatwick, Luton, London City, or Birmingham International Airport. However, additional charges may apply for these locations, depending on the arrangements.

If you are already in the UK and prefer to travel to the campus independently, you are welcome to do so. Additionally, some programme participants may be accompanied by their parents, who wish to visit the campus upon arrival. We are happy to assist and accommodate such visits.

Travel within the United Kingdom, including airport transfers, transportation in and around Oxford, and excursions, is fully covered by the programme fee for all courses offered by the Oxford Institute. We work with a trusted local taxi company that has been handling our transportation needs for many years, ensuring a smooth and reliable travel experience for all participants.

The summer programme features excursions to iconic destinations such as Big Ben, Hyde Park, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street, museums, shopping centres, and other places of interest in and around Oxford. All transportation during the programme is included in the programme fee.
